Instructions: Soak the bamboo sticks in warm water for about 30 minutes to prevent them from burning on the grill (or under the broiler).
Wrap each shrimp with 1/3 of a slice of bacon. Line up 6-8 bacon wrapped shrimp on each bamboo stick. Drizzle with soy sauce and a bit of white pepper. Place on grill after coals are covered with gray ash. Turn several times until bacon is cooked. Place on meat platter and serve. Email this Recipe:
