Instructions: To prepare marinated shrimp, combine first 9 ingredients (wine through shrimp) in a bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove shrimp from marinade and reserve liquid.
Heat oil in nonstick wok over med-high heat. Add asparagus and mushrooms, saute 5 mins. Add shrimp and cook for additional 3 mins or until shrimp are done. Combine reserved marinade, water and cornstarch. Add to skillet, bring to boil and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Serve over rice. NOTES : This is what we had for dinner last night.
