2/3 cup	Cottage cheese
8 oz	Frozen tiny shrimp
3 tbl	Minced roasted and
	Peeled red pepepr
1 tsp	Minced fresh garlic
1 tsp	Dijon mustard
	Hungarian paprika, salt
