The combination of seafood and the Italian cheese Fontina makes for a
lighter pizza.
Serves 4-6
1 x Pizza crust
2/3 cup Provolone cheese
2/3 cup Mozzarella cheese
2 x Tomatoes, sliced
1 med Onion, sliced and sauteed
1/4 cup fresh Basil, chopped
6 oz small Shrimp, cooked
Instructions:
Instructions: Pre-heat the oven to 400. Top a pizza crust with the provolone and mozzarella. Bake for five minutes. Add the sliced tomatoes, onions, and basil. Add the shrimp and top with the Fontina cheese. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly brown. Serve warm.
