1 pkt refrigerated crescent roll dough - (4 oz)
1 ct garlic and herb-seasoned cheese (4 oz),
such as Rondele or Boursin
2 oz tiny cooked and peeled shrimp
1 x red delicious apple cored ,and
cut into thin wedges
1 x firm ripe pear, cored,and
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

Open the package of dough and unroll it on a baking sheet. Separate the 2 rectangles of dough (do not separate triangles) and lay them side by side just barely overlapping; gently press the edges together.

Scoop the cheese in a pile in the center of the dough, then press shrimp over and into the cheese. Bring the 4 corners of dough together on top; and pinch the edges together to seal the package.

Bake until the dough is nicely browned, about 12 minutes. Transfer to a platter and surround with the apple and pear wedges.

To eat, cut into the cheese package with a knife and scoop the mixture onto pieces of fruit.

This recipe yields 4 appetizer servings.
