Instructions: Fry shrimp, onions and garlic, when they are cooked ,add the parsley and clam juice. Drain macaroni, reserving 1 cup of the cooking water. Return macaroni back to the pot and dump in the entire contents of the frying pan, if it is too dry, add the reserved water. Serve it up and add the cheese. It is good to add 1/2 lb of parboiled bay scallops to the frying pan.
