2 lb Fresh shrimp, cleaned and deveined
1/4 cup Olive oil
4 x Garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/2 cup Packed freshly chopped parsley
1/2 cup Dry white wine
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat oil and garlic over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add parsley and shrimp and cook for 2 minutes over medium-high heat. Add the wine and cook until the shrimp are done, about 3-5 minutes (do not overcook). Add salt and pepper to taste.
