Instructions: Place shrimp in a shallow pan; cover with milk. Let stand in refrigerator for 20 minutes. Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add next 8 ingredients to bowl, and top with cover. Process 30 seconds or until well mixed. With processor running, add butter through food chute; process 1 minute or until sauce is thickened. Set aside. Heat oil in a large skillet to about 375 degrees F. Combine flour, salt and pepper. Drain shrimp and dredge in flour mixture. Fry shrimp in hot oil until golden brown, turning once; drain. Arrange shrimp in 4 baking dishes and top with sauce. Broil shrimp 30 to 45 seconds.
