Ingredients:

1 pkt (3-oz) lemon gelatin
1 cup Boiling water
2 cup Crabmeat or shrimp or 1 cup of each
1/2 cup Chopped celery
1/2 tbl Chopped green bell pepper,, optional
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tbl Prepared horseradish
1/2 tbl Chopped scallions
1 dsh Cayenne pepper
1/2 cup Mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 cup Cream,, whipped
Instructions:
Instructions: Dissolve lemon gelatin in boiling water. When partially congealed add all ingredients except salad greens and blend. Pour into mold. When firm, unmold on salad greens. Serve with asparagus spears or green peas and heated rolls.

Serves 4-6.
