Instructions: In a wok or medium deep pan with oil over medium heat, stir fry garlic until golden brown. Add shrimp and stir for 3 minutes. Add the coconut milk, straw mushrooms, white pepper and fish sauce. Cook for about 10 more minutes or until shrimp is cooked. Garnish with coriander leaves.
