Instructions: Peel shrimp, and devein, if desired. Combine shrimp and 1/2 teaspoon curry powder, tossing gently. Saute shrimp in 2 tablespoons hot oil in a large skillet 2 minutes or just until pink. Remove from skillet.
Saute peppers, onion, and remaining 1/2 teaspoon curry powder in remaining 2 tablespoons oil in skillet until tender. Add shrimp, brandy, and teriyaki marinade. Cook until thoroughly heated, stirring to loosen browned particles. Toss with pasta, and serve immediately. This recipe yields 4 servings.
