Instructions: Peel orange, removing all rind and pith, then chop the flesh (you should have about 1 cup). In medium bowl, combine orange, pineapple with its juice, onion, peppers, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Arrange shrimp on each plate, then spoon on salsa. Serve with rice or pasta.
