Instructions: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Scrub the potatoes and cut them into eighths. Arrange them skin side down on a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Melt the butter and brush the potatoes with it. Sprinkle with nutmeg, season to taste and bake until the potatoes are tender, 20 to 25 minutes. Email this Recipe:
