1/2 cup Sifted flour
1/2 cup Yellow cornmeal
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Sugar
3 tsp Baking powder
3 x Eggs, beaten lightly
1 cup Milk
1/4 cup Cream
Instructions:
Instructions: Sift the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Add the eggs and milk and beat with a spoon until the mixture is just moist. Beat in the cream and melted butter. (Do not overbeat.) Pour the batter into an 8 1/2 x 11-inch buttered pan. Bake at 400-degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

Yield: approximately 12 pieces.
