Instructions: Bring stock to a simmer, add salt and pepper and continue to simmer for 2 minutes uncovered. Gently slide bean curd into simmering stock. Add bok choy and allow soup to simmer for 2 minutes. Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil on top of soup, mix and serve at once.
