Instructions: In a large mixing bowl, beat butter with electric mixer. Gradually add sugar and continue beating until light and fluffy. Add flour and mix until just combined. Stir in sesame seeds, coconut and almonds until well-mixed.
Divide dough into thirds. Place 1 third on a long sheet of wax paper. Shape into a roll 2 inches in diameter. Repeat with remaining dough. Wrap the 3 rolls with wax paper and refrigerate until firm. To bake, preheat oven to 300 degrees. Cut rolls into 1/4 inch slices. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets 15 to 20 minutes, or until edges begin to turn brown. Remove to wire racks to cool. Note: Sesame seeds are available in bulk at some supermarkets and at natural foods stores. Email this Recipe:
