2 tbl peanut oil
3 x celery stalks cut 4" strips
1 x carrot cut 4" strips
1 x red pepper cut 4" strips
1 x green pepper cut 4" strips
1/2 bn scallions cut 4" strips
1 x zucchini cut 4" strips
2 x garlic cloves crushed
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tbl soy sauce
1 tsp chili paste
1 tsp sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat 2 tablespoons peanut oil in a wok over high heat. When smoking hot add the strips of celery, carrot, red and green pepper, scallions, zucchini. Saute for approximately 2 minutes.

Next add the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, chili paste, and sugar. Cook 1 minute longer.

Slice the flank steak into thin pieces against the grain. Add the steak to the wok and toss until just warm. Transfer to a serving dish, and enjoy.
