Take 1 plate per family member & arrange lettuce on bottom. Place a scoop of prepared tuna,chicken or shrimp salad in center of lettuce. Arrange tomatoes,cucumbers,hard boiled eggs,carrots,& broccoli florets around the tuna, chicken or shrimp salad in any way you wish.Sprinkle red onion,cheddar,& croutons over top. Cover & refrigerate until ready to eat. Serve with your favorite salad dressing. Jonine Says: Spend a day at the beach knowing dinner is ready when you are! This is a great make ahead dish!
