1 can	Cream of mushroom soup
1/2 pkt	Lipton Onion Soup (use more for larger roasts)
	----------------- FOR EXTRA FLAVOR ADD ----------------

Instructions:

Instructions: Take an inexpensive cut of meat (round steak, chuck roast, etc). Put on large sheet of foil with above.

Seal foil. Put in oven at 250 degrees. Cook for 7-10 hours. (The longer it cooks the tenderer (sp) it gets).
