Instructions: Marinate chicken and onions with soy sauce and cornstarch. Refrigerate about 4 hours before cooking. heat oil in frying pan. Saute garlic and ginger. Add onions, chicken, and oyster sauce. Stir. Cook until chicken is tender. Remove garlic and ginger pieces before serving. Serve with rice.
