3/4 cup hot sauce 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
3/4 cup red hot sauce 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup oil 5 lb chicken wings,
separated at joint
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all ingredients except wings. Refrigerate overnoght. Deep fry or bake wings until done. Heat sauce and pour over wings and serve with celery sticks and Bleu cheese dip.

We usually eat half of this and the rest of the wings with sauce go into the freezer for another meal.
