Instructions: Brush cut sides of wedges of Angel Food cake with melted butter. Lightly brown on each side, about 1 minute, under broiler. Serve with Orange Butter Sauce.

Cream butter and sugar together. Stir in egg (egg yolks), grated orange rind, orange juice and milk. Cook in a double boiler, over hot water, 10 to 15 minutes. Cool.

Makes 1 1/2 cups.
