Instructions: Have all ingredients at room Temperature.
In blender, sprinkle gelatin over cold water. Let stand 2 minutes. Add boiling water and process at slow speed until completely dissolved. Add remaining ingredients, process until blended. Pour into 8 or 9 inch inch pie crust prepared with 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs and 2 tbs. melted diet margarine. Chill until firm. Garnish with fresh fruit if desired. Makes 10 servings..
