Instructions: Work butter into flour until it becomes the size of peas. Add ice water. Mix until particles stick together.
Roll out dough 1/8 inch thick on a floured board. Line bottom and 1 inch up the sides of an 8 inch-square baking pan with the pastry. With an electric mixer at medium speed, blend cream cheese with sugar and eggs until light. Add honey and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and mix well. Spread mixture over dough and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of sugar mixed with 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden. Email this Recipe:
