Instructions: Trim steaks of excess fat. Brush combined oil and garlic evenly over steaks. Cook over hot coals for 6 - 8 minutes per side for medium rare. Serve with Bearnaise Sauce.
To prepare sauce, place vinegar and chopped onions in pan, bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered until reduced by half. Discard onions. Cool. Process egg yolks and vinegar in food processor until smooth, pour in hot bubbly butter, process until smooth, add horseradish cream and process 30 seconds. Serves 6 Email this Recipe:
