2 tbl uncooked barley - (3/4 oz)
2 tbl uncooked millet - (3/4 oz)
2 tbl uncooked cornmeal - (3/4 oz)
1/4 cup rolled oats - (3/4 oz)
1/2 tbl uncooked Bulgur - (1 oz)
1/2 tbl uncooked brown rice - (1 oz)
3/4 cup chopped dried mixed fruit plus
2 tbl chopped dried mixed fruit - (4 1/2 oz)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 cup water
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all grains with dried fruit and cinnamon right the in crock pot.

Stir in water and vanilla. Cover and cook 6 to 8 hours on Low. Stir before serving and add more water if nedded.

Serve hot. Topped with brown sugar, drizzled with maple syrup or your favorite fruit topping.

This recipe yields 8 servings.
