Instructions: Mix raisin bran, sugar, flour, baking soda and salt; add beaten eggs, oil and buttermilk. Use giant size mixing bowl and mix well. Store, covered in the refrigerator and use as desired. Keeps 6 weeks. Do not stir when putting mix into muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
