Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 cup Boiled spaghetti
1/2 cup Cabbage finely shredded
1/2 cup Carrot julienned
1/2 cup Beans cut into juliennes
1/2 cup Onions thinly sliced
1/2 cup Bean sprouts boiled
1 tbl Tomato ketchup
1 tsp Chillies in vinegar or chilli garlic water
1 tsp Ginger water
1 tsp Soyasauce
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all vegetables and spaghetti, except onions.

Heat butter on a large sizzler tray or griddle (pavbhaji tawa).

Add onions and stir fry till tender.

Add mixed spaghetti and veggies. Stirfry 3-4 minutes.

Add all other ingredients and mix well.

Serve sizzling hot, with boiled rice or warm buttered bread or rolls.

Making time: 30 minutes

Makes: 4-5 servings bowl
