4 x strip steaks - (8 to 10 oz ea)
2 tbl mayonnaise
1 tbl Dijon-style mustard
1 tsp dried tarragon
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat the broiler. Place the steaks on a broiler pan or rimmed baking sheet that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray.

In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; mix well. Spread the mixture over the steaks, coating well. Broil for 16 to 19 minutes for medium-rare, or to desired doneness beyond that, turning halfway through the cooking.

This recipe yields 6 servings.

Comments: Add a little pizzazz to your steak and really make it sizzle. Oh, sure, this can be cooked on the grill, too!
