Instructions: Trim excess fat from meat if needed. In a glass baking dish, combine remaining ingredients. Marinate meat at room temperature 30 minutes.

Remove meat from marinade. Preheat a charcoal grill. Gently shake excess marinade off meat before cooking. Lightly oil grill top. Grill meat to medium-rare or desired degree of doneness. Let sirloin sit 5 minutes before cutting. Slice across the grain.
