3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup dry red wine
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbl lemon juice
1 tbl Worcestershire sauce
1 tbl dry mustard
1 tbl chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp pepper
1 lb flank steak cut across grain into 1-inch strips
Instructions:
Instructions: Whisk first 8 ingredients in small bowl. Place steak in baking dish.

Pour marinade over. Cover and marinate 2 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.

Preheat broiler. Thread steak strips on skewers; discard remaining marinade. Place skewers on broiler pan and cook to desired doneness, about 3 minutes per side for medium-rare.

8 appetizer servings.
