Instructions: For garlic sauce, remove the roasted garlic cloves from their hulls and place in a food processor. Puree, then add vinegar, sour cream, basil, thyme, and horseradish, and process to blend. Season with salt and pepper.
Set aside in refrigerator until ready to use. For the mushrooms, place mushrooms in a bowl and add vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. Toss well. Skewer 3 mushrooms apiece on medium-size skewers. Light coals or heat grill. Grill mushrooms for 2 or 3 minutes on each side. Serve warm with roasted garlic sauce. Serves six. Email this Recipe:
