Instructions: Trim all visible fat from meat and cut into 1 inch cubes.
Whisk together peanut oil, hot oil, orange juice, sugar and soy sauce. Add beef, toss to coat with orange mixture and allow to rest 10-15 minutes or until grill is ready. Thread cubes on skewers and grill over medium heat 1 to 2 minutes. Turn with tongs, drizzle any remaining marinade over meat and continue cooking 1 to 2 minutes, or until cooked to taste. Do not overcook or meat will be tough. To serve, place equal mounds of rice on each plate. Remove meat from skewers and place on top of rice. Serves 4 Email this Recipe:
