Instructions: Marinate scallops in mixture of tomato juice nad vinegar for one hour.
Reserve marinade, thread drained scallops on skewers alternating with vegetables. Combine oil, soy sauce and 2 tablespoons reserved marinade. Brush mixture on skewered scallops and vegetables,.
