1/2 lb Large sea scallops
1/2 cup Spicy seasoned tomato juice
1 tbl Red wine vinegar
3 x Quartered and separated onions
2 x Bell peppers red and green
18 x Cherry tomatoes
1 tbl Olive oil
Instructions:
Instructions: Marinate scallops in mixture of tomato juice nad vinegar for one hour.

Reserve marinade, thread drained scallops on skewers alternating with vegetables. Combine oil, soy sauce and 2 tablespoons reserved marinade.

Brush mixture on skewered scallops and vegetables,. Broil or barbecue about 5 inches from heat source, for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally to broil evenly.
