Instructions: Combine first 7 ingredients in a small bowl. Pour mixture over boneless skinless chicken breast cubes and marinate in refrigerator 4 hours-overnight.
Thread marinated chicken cubes, bell pepper cubes, pineapple chunks and onion cubes alternately onto skewers.
