Instructions: In a large skillet, brown chops in oil over medium heat. Drain off excess oil or fat. Sprinkle celery, brown sugar, lemon juice and seasonings evenly over the chops. Pour tomato sauce over all. Cover. Simmer over low heat for 1 hour or until chops are tender.
