Instructions: Cream together sugar, butter and beaten egg, milk, flour into which baking powder has been sifted. Pour in skillet in which brown sugar and butter has been melted. Bake in moderate oven, When done turn on a plate bottom side up. Serve hot or cold with whipped cream or plain.
