Instructions: Sprinkle chicken with salt. Melt butter in a large skillet. Add chicken and cook until golden brown. Reduce heat to low; add wine. Cover and cook 30 minutes.
Remove chicken; add jelly to pan drippings, stirring until blended. Return chicken to skillet, meaty side down; cover and cook 15 minutes or until done, basting frequently. Remove chicken to serving platter. Stir sour cream into sauce, and cook just until heated. Pour sauce over chicken. SERVES 4 Email this Recipe:
