Instructions: In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, brown meat and onion.
Add mushroom soup, mushrooms, black pepper and noodles. Mix well to combine. Simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and parsley. Serve at once. Each 2 cup portion is approximately equal to 1 lb. of raw 90% lean ground beef. I usually pre- cook the meat with onions and/or garlic. You can also cook the meat and onions/garlic by simmering gently (covered by water) until the meat looks cooked. This removes more than 1/2 of the fat, if you rinse and drain it in a colander.
