1 x egg or 2 egg whites
2 tbl water
4 x skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound)
1/2 cup Italian-seasoned dry bread crumbs
1 tbl vegetable oil
1/2 cup Prego Traditional Spaghetti Sauce
1 cup Pace Picante Sauce
4 cup hot cooked spaghetti (about 8 ounces dry)

1. Mix egg and water in shallow dish. Dip chicken into egg mixture. Coat with bread
crumbs.

2. In medium skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add chicken and cook 10 minutes or
until browned. Set chicken aside.

3. Add spaghetti sauce, chilies and picante sauce. Heat to a boil. Return chicken to pan.

Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve with
spaghetti.

Serves 4.
