Instructions: Tip the creme fraiche into a shallow serving dish and level out the surface.
Sprinkle over the sugar trying to cover completely. Place uncovered in the fridge for at least 12 hours. Carefully peel the oranges and slice thinly removing any pips. If possible chill for an hour or so. Place in a dish with all the juices. Serve the oranges with a large spoonful of fudgey creme fraiche. Add a splash of cointreau to the oranges if you like.
