Instructions: Slice the tomatoes and arrange them on a serving platter in a circular fashion, just overlapping them. Sprinkle the red onion, chives and basil over the top and chill until service. Right before serving drizzle with the Olive Oil and Balsamic vinegar. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Parsley sprigs for garnish looks nice.
