Amount Ingredient
2 lrg Vine ripened tomatoes - (abt 1 lb)
1/2 lb Mozzarella cheese, preferably fresh sliced 1/4" thick
1/3 cup Three Herb Pesto see * Note
Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: On a large round platter alternate tomato and mozzarella slices, overlapping slightly, and spoon Three Herb Pesto in a ring around center of slices. Sprinkle with pepper and garnish with herbs.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
