1 lb	Tempeh burgers, prepared, crumbled
1/2 cup	Tomato paste
2 tsp	Vinegar, brown rice
3 tsp	Tamari
5 tsp	Canola or safflower oil
3 tbl	Onion flakes, dried
2 tsp	Oregano

Instructions:

Instructions: To make filling: Combine filling ingredients in a mixing bowl. Stir to combine.

Fill and cook tamales according to "Tamales: Basic Procedure".
