1/2 lb beef round steak, trimmed of fat, 1/2" thick
4 slc bacon
3/4 cup diced celery
1 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Cut steak into 4 serving pieces. Place bacon slice on each piece of meat.

Mix celery, onion, and bell pepper in medium bowl; place about 1/2 cup mixture on each piece of meat. Roll up meat; secure ends with wooden picks.

Place in slow cooker. Pour gravy evenly over steaks to thoroughly moisten.

Cover slow cooker and cook on low 8 to 10 hours (or on high 4 to 5 hours).

Yield: 4 servings.
