4 cup milk
1/4 cup basmati or jasmine rice
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
pinch of ground nutmeg
2 tbl slivered blanched almonds
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix the milk, rice, sugar, and cardamom in the slow-cooker.

Cover and cook on Low 6 to 7 hours, until rice is very soft.

Remove and stir in nutmeg and almonds. Serve warm or cool. Sprinkle with rosewater before serving.
