Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2 x ducks
1 cup beef stock
1 cup red wine
1 x onion chopped
1 x carrot diced
1/4 x bell pepper diced
1 x 4 ounce can mushrooms
salt and pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Place all ingredients except rice in slow cooker and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Remove duck from slow cooker and de-bone. Turn slow cooker to high for 30 minutes, or until boiling. Return duck to slow cooker with 1 cup rice; cook until rice is done.

Note: Recipe can also be made on top of stove with 2 to 3 hours total cooking.
