Instructions: Spray 4-6 quart crockpot with nonstick cooking spray. Place onion, garlic, and ribs in prepared cooker. Pour 1 cup barbecue sauce over ribs, then cover crockpot and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours. Drain ribs and discard juices from crockpot. Wipe top edge of crockpot clean with paper towels.
Combine 2/3 cup barbecue sauce and jam in a small bowl and pour over ribs in crockpot, turning to coat. Cover and cook on HIGH for 25-30 minutes or until ribs are glazed. 6 servings Try this for really simple and really easy: Fill crockpot with pork or beef ribs, or mix and match, your choice. Cover with barbecue sauce of your choice. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 5 hours. It will melt in mouth and fall off the bone. Tip: Put 5 lbs of frozen chicken wings in crockpot, cover with barbecue sauce, cook on low for 8-10 hours, nothing easier than this.
