Ingredients:

1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly-ground white pepper
2 x garlic cloves pressed
2 tsp grated fresh ginger
1/4 lb bone-in lamb loin chops, 2" thick
Vegetable cooking spray as needed
Rosemary-Cherry Sauce (see recipe)
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine first 4 ingredients; rub over chops. Cover and chill up to 8 hours.

Spray chops evenly on both sides with cooking spray.

Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350 to 400 degrees) 8 to 10 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness (140 to 150 degrees for medium). Serve with Rosemary-Cherry Sauce; garnish, if desired.
