Ingredients:

1 can (large) pork & beans (about 3 pounds)
1/2 lb Pork bbq (shredded)
1 x Green bell pepper (chopped)
1 x Red bell pepper (chopped)
1 x Jalapenos (seeded and chopped) (up to 2)
1 lrg Onion, preferable vidalia (chopped)
3 stalk celery (chopped) (up to 4)
1/2 cup Bbq sauce (I cheat using (up to 3/4)
1 tbl Prepared mustard (usually brown) (up to 2)
2 tbl Brown sugar (up to 3)
1/4 cup Molasses, about
1 tbl Worcestershire sauce (up to 2)
Couple of shakes of favorite hot sauce (i.e. Durkees)
1 tsp Salt, about
1 tsp Black pepper, about
1 tsp Garlic powder, about
1 tbl Chili powder, about
1 tbl Cumin, about
Instructions:
Instructions: (Please forgive the approximations... I rarely measure)

mix in a sturdy aluminum pan or an old pot ...dont use your wifes favorite :-(

smoke for about 6 hrs. (or till the ribs are done)

suggested - about 1 hour before serving, ingest a Pepsid AC or equivalent
